Loved art of some kind since I was five. Creation was my obsession. BUT finished college and became a CPA--all my working life had to do with accounting of some kind. But at night and weekends there was some kind of creation going on. Had 2 girls, got divorced and now retired. My last obsession is photography and photoshop.

Hi. I don't know how to send you a private message, so I thought I'd tell you here about how to load brushes in Photoshop, since I saw your comment to Pelleron regarding his brushes and not knowing how to load them.

Open Photoshop and select your Brush tool (B), then click on the arrow to the right of the brush "window"(where you change the brush size) along the top, and all the brushes already in PS will be visible. Click on the little cog icon in the top right-hand corner of the brush drop-down menu, and you will see a lot of commands. You need to click on "Load Brushes", and a window will open for you to navigate to where you saved the brush file (with extension ABR). Now all you need to do is select the brush/es you want to load, click on the word "Load" at the bottom of the open window, and it/they will append to your default photoshop brushes.

I hope this helps.

Hoping this reply goes to SEXYPOTGOTHGIRL ......
This page came up accidentally tonight.  Am really excited to see an answer to my LONG TIME question about loading brushes.. My brushes on PS are a mess. I subscribed to PSCC - on the cloud, but except for moving stuff, and a few new things, it is mostly like CS5 that I kept on computer "just in case..??? There are so many actions downloaded--but of course that is only a double click on the mouse....
Hope you have a great New 2014
Thanks a lot:happybounce:
